International Shipping & Order Policies
These policies apply to U.S., UK and Canada Web site orders to be shipped to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, and all other countries outside the U.S. to which we may ship.

Importer Of Record
When ordering from MDCDiamonds, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, read about Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Shipping
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx from NYC. (Please call 212-840-1417 for exact shipping costs) Please note that the arrival times listed on the Web site apply to U.S. shipping addresses only. Estimates of the international shipping delivery times can be provided by one of our diamond and jewelry consultants at Help@MDCDiamonds.com or 212-840-1417
Shipping Insurance
All orders from MDC Diamonds are insured for the amount paid, the cost of insurance is included in the shipping price.
Order Payment
Orders must have a minimum retail list price of $750 USD and all payment transactions will occur in U.S. dollars. The use of gift certificates and promotional discounts are not valid on international orders at this time.
For orders shipping to: Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit card: Use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Google Checkout or PayPal.
Bank Wire: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $750 USD or more. The bank wire discount is applied before the shipping insurance charge is added.
Other payment methods: PayPal or Google Checkout.
For orders shipping to all other countries, payment must be made using bank wire.
Customs Duties & Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges and the customs policies vary widely from country to country. MDC Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
Returns
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
