Return Process
Upon receipt, all returned items are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Items showing signs of wear, or that have been set, engraved, altered, or re-sized by a jeweler other than MDC Diamonds, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return.

Request a Return Authorization Code
Call 1-866-239-4315 and one of our consultants will issue a Return Authorization Code for your order.
Pack Everything Original
Include all original packaging and paperwork. Missing diamond certificates incur a $250 replacement cost.
Insure Your Shipment
Items under $500 may be shipped via any insured carrier. Items over $500 must be shipped via USPS Registered Mail.
